It’s all set in Polcenigo (PN) for the second edition of deSidera – cider festival at
northeast, to be held Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June 9, at the San Floriano Rural Park.
Two days dedicated to fermented apple, where people will be able to taste artisanal ciders
produced throughout the Northeast and beyond, from Valtellina to Slovenia to Austria. There will be
producers present, and alongside the cider on tap there will be no shortage of meetings,
workshops and guided tastings.

HOURS:
Saturday, June 8 from 3 p.m. onward
Sunday, June 9 from 11 a.m. onward

PROGRAM:

SATURDAY, June 8, 5 p.m.
PAIRING SIDRO AND CHEESE
Guided tasting of ciders featured in the festival and search for the perfect pairing
with cheeses from Caseificio dalle Celant, which produces the Slow Food Presidium çuç di
mont and will be present at the meeting.

Vinyl-only DJ set with Oscar
Northern soul, 60s RnB, Rocksteady

SUNDAY, June 9 2 p.m.
THE COFFEE IN THE WORLD
Guided tasting of three coffees of different origins and prepared through three techniques:
Aeropress, French Press and V60 (or Hoop). A sensory experience that will lead to
discovering the incredible variety of flavors and aromas that the world of coffee has to offer.

3 p.m.
ROUND EUROPE WITH CIDER
Guided tasting of ciders from different European countries to explore the
cultural, production and organoleptic differences of cider in Europe.

5 p.m.
GUIDE TO THE CIDRIES OF ITALY
Presentation of the Guide to the Beers and Ciders of Italy 2025 (Slow Food Editore) with
coordinator of the cider section, Marco Manfrini, who will then lead a
guided tasting of some of the award-winning ciders.
deSidera – cider festival in the Northeast is an event conceived and organized
by the Senses Cultural Association in collaboration with APAS (Association
Pommelier and Cider Tasters) and Controvento, manager of the Park.
